Polisfera: Journal of Society, Governance and Public Affairs is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal dedicated to the dissemination of scholarly research, critical analyses, innovative practices, and theoretical perspectives in the fields of society, governance, politics, public administration, and public affairs. The journal provides a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, policymakers, government officials, practitioners, civil society organizations, students, and community stakeholders to exchange evidence-based knowledge and critical perspectives on contemporary social and governance challenges.

Polisfera welcomes original research articles, literature reviews, conceptual studies, case studies, policy analyses, comparative studies, and community-based research that examine contemporary issues in society, governance, politics, public administration, and public affairs at local, national, regional, and international levels. The journal emphasizes the relationship between governance theories, public policies, institutional practices, and social realities, with particular attention to democratic governance, public policy innovation, public service delivery, institutional reform, political participation, decentralization, community development, and social transformation.

The journal promotes interdisciplinary, critical, and context-sensitive scholarship that connects academic knowledge with real-world challenges faced by governments, institutions, communities, and citizens. Through rigorous peer review and open dissemination, Polisfera seeks to foster meaningful academic and public dialogue, contribute to the development of effective and inclusive governance, and advance knowledge for the creation of just, democratic, participatory, and sustainable societies at local, national, and global levels.
